1. The Committees of Fire, Marine and Automobile Insurance


1. Relating to the matters of elaborating or modifying and consulting on the Insurance Guidebook;
2. Relating to the matters of drafting or modifying and consulting on the Policy's Clauses;
3. Relating to the matters of designing or checking and consulting on the new insurance;
4. Relating to the matters of assistant inquiring and statistics on the business of the Member Company;
5. Relating to the matters of common operation and linking, coordinating, self-governing on the business of the Member Company;
6. Relating to the matters of interpreting on the ambiguity or reconciling of strife on the related business of the Member Company;
7. Relating to the professional skill's drilling and the lecture on the class of business promotion in the insurance industry;
8. Providing the insurance service and coordination for the Assured and the mass of people;
9. Performance of the commitment by the Board of Directorsof the Association.
   
2. Fiscal and Accounting Committee


1. Relating to the approaching of fund operation and their suggestions in the industry;
2. Relating to the approaching and suggestion of accounting system and tax in the industry;
3. Relating to the approaching and suggestion of various Reserves in the industry;
4. Relating to the approaching and suggestion of fiscal and business system in the industry;
5. Performance of the commitment by the Board of Directors of the Association.
   
3. General Affairs Committee


1. Relating to the matters of giving comments and modifying the Insurance Law and the related by-laws;
2. Providing the insurance service, promotion and coordination for the Assured and the mass of people;
3. Other matters not relating to various Committees
4. Performance of the commitment by the Board of Directors of the Association.
   
4. Information Committee


1. Pushing the full-computerized operation of the Member Company;
2. Pushing the accordance with the computer system of the Member Company and building the data base of the computer and completion with the Website, and providing the inquiring of the related insurance data;
3. To assist to approach the statistics process and statistics operation;
4. To establish the Association's Website for the mass of people to inquire;
5. Performance of the commitment by the Board of Directors of the Association.
   
5. International Affairs Committee


1. To execute the Reinsurance Business professionally;
2. To expand and promote the insurance markets of foreign and both sides of straight;
3. Relating to the matters of the other international reinsurance.

All kinds of Committee shall have a power to execute the meeting's resolutions under their positions and petitioned to the Board of Director for their approval except they have granted a right to execute by themselves

All Attendants to the Committee should be the professional Manager and are eligible to take part in the Committee and can reflect the full Member Company's comments and their Policy in all times. All attendants to the Committee should attend the every Committee's meeting personally. The Minutes of the Committee's meeting should record the detailed names of the Attendant. As the case of three times absence from the Committee's meeting, the Association should give a written notice to the Member Company and concurrently requested to replace one for the attendant.

All kinds of Committee should appoint a Chairman and a Sub-chairman to chair the Committee. The Chairman's appointment was selected from the Member's attendants and nominated to the Board of Directors to appoint officially. The Sub-chairman's appointment was selected from the other Member's attendants and nominated to the Board of Directors for registry.

The period of the attendant to the Member Meeting is same as the Directors and Supervisors and the nomination could be continued without cessation. If the attendant is in need of replacement, new attendant's superseding period is limited to the uncompleted period during the original period.
